Delivery time and delivery conditions

  • The delivery time of the products is usually 4-14 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product.
    If the delivery time of the ordered products exceeds 14 working days, the employee of the e-store will immediately inform the Customer.
    If necessary, the Customer has the opportunity to cancel the order and the money already paid will be returned to the Customer.
  • If the total amount of the ordered goods exceeds 100 euros, we will send the package without postage.
  • The customer has the opportunity to choose between the following methods of receiving the goods in Estonia:
    Omniva courier service – 5.00€,
    DPD courier service – 5.00€,  
    Itella SmartPOST parcel machine – 2.99€,
    Omniva parcel machine – 2.99€
  • Delivery of orders usually takes place only in the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
  • For delivery outside Estonia we use flat rate postal service.
